Our Story

We’re Zach and David — brothers, business partners, and the team behind Island House.

We grew up in New York and grew up working in family businesses. Zach moved to Hilton Head to play baseball at USCB, fell in love with the island, and never left. With a degree in Hospitality and a shared passion for food and people, we decided to turn that dream into a reality.

To make it happen, his brother DQ, his wife Norah, and their two boys, James and Charlie, moved down from New York to Hilton Head so we could join forces. Island House is a true family effort — our parents, David and Sharon, are always ready to help however they can.

We built this place to feel like home, and we’re so glad you’re here to be part of it.
